- How much does a mobile notary cost?
- Two parts. Arizona sets the maximum notarial fee by statute — currently $10 per notarial act — and the travel fee is separate, quoted before the appointment is booked so nothing appears on an invoice that was not agreed first.
- What ID do I need?
- An unexpired government photo ID: a driver's licence, state ID, passport or military ID. If the signer has no ID available, Arizona allows identification by a credible witness who personally knows them and has their own valid ID.
- Can you come to a hospital or care home?
- Yes, and it is the most common call. The signer has to be awake, aware of what they are signing, and able to say so themselves — if they are sedated or cannot communicate, the appointment is rescheduled rather than forced.
- Do you notarize on evenings and weekends?
- Yes. 7am–9pm weekdays, 8am–8pm weekends, with after-hours and emergency appointments by arrangement.
